We moved to Colorado Springs from out of state and we moved to this community because of the Leasing Agent named Gurdip. She was the very first helpful leasing agent I met while apartment hunting. Don't let the negative reviews steer you away from this place. Been here for a year and haven't experienced anything bad about this place except loud neighbors sometimes. Parking can be a little tight. They are also doing renovations to the community which I am happy about. Great place to live if you're looking for an apartment that is reasonably priced.

Lived here for 2 years, and in that time we had no issues. The maintenance was communicative, and hard working. The office staff friendly and helpful. If there was to be a complaint it would be that the complex was a bit dated. However I found that to be a minor issue others would probably give this more weight but the ease of the time there made up for it.

The always welcome you with a smile. If you do have an issue they take care of it right away. Snow removal is awesome! I lived in my apartment for 2 years now. I have quite neighbors. I enjoy my remodel apartment. I enjoy the 2 pools and weight room.

The staff is very friendly and we love the place! Work orders are completed quickly and response times for any other issues are addressed immediately!

My husband and I lived at Villages at Woodmen for nearly 4 years. During that time, there was a lot of transition reflected in other reviews. I truly feel that a lot of kinks have been worked out and they are headed in the right direction. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Ashley and the new manager, Dina. Villages is a good place to live on a budget.

I have nothing negative to say about this place. Maintenance is very responsive and relatively quiet. Budget friendly as well. Do not let any negative review deter you from living here.
